The round base retrofit EPDM pipe flashing roof boot is perfect for those situations when it is not possible to slide a flashing over the top of a pipe or vent. While the retrofit does not have a perfect seam like a standard roof boot, it does a great job of sealing around your pipes and ventilation systems.
