Round Base EPDM Pipe Flashing

The round base EPDM pipe flashing is designed to fit roof pipes in all sizes. It is not recommend to use this product on roofs with a pitch of greater than 10/12.

The EPDM used to manufacture this pipe flashing is able to withstand constant temperatures at the roofline of -58 F (-50 C ) to 239 F (115 C) and up to 302 F (150 C) intermittently. Please keep in mind that the outside temperature of the pipe may be significantly different than the exit temperature of the appliance.

Use this chart to determine the correct size of roof boot to purchase as pipe flashing for your roof:

Pipe Flashing Roof Boot Installation

1. Cut pipe flashing at the appropriate pipe diameter marking.
2. Slide the roof boot flashing down over the top of the roof pipe or vent.
3. Apply sealant to the underside of the flexible aluminum base.
4. Press the base of the pipe flashing into the contours of the roof panel configuration.
5. Fasten the pipe flashing roof boot to the roof surface with long-life, self drilling fasteners. Apply additional sealant around the base if desired.
