Chemlink M-1 is a universal adhesive/sealant. It is used in commercial roofing, residential roofing, lightning protection, masonry and concrete and for various mechanical attachments. This product is used for the following:

• Bonding metal brackets 
• Bonding walkway treads and just about any type of emergency roof repairs
• Bonding steel deck to bar joist and metal sandwich panels to roof and wall perlins
• Chimney and step flashing
• Crack repairs
• Flanges and piping
• Horizontal and vertical expansion joints
• Insulation
• Night seals and penetrations
• Repair of flashing and coping joints
• Sealing ducts
• Sealing pipe and cable conduit penetrations through walls and roofs 
• Sealing reglet joints
• Sealing termination bars
• Solar: Mounting solar panels, assembling components, waterproofing power distribution
• Skylights, roofing details, and cove joints
• Walls, windows, doors: Masonry and curtain wall construction
