SureBond SB-190 adhesive drying and curing times depend upon weather conditions. The guys over at Sno Shield posted a quick article (Adhesive Deadline) about the amount of time it takes SB-190 compound to completely cure. I thought it would be good to share some of the information here.

Although SB-190 should dry or cure for 28 days at 50 Degrees (F) or above to achieve full cure, it is possible for SB-190 to set up enough within 12-14 days as long as the temperature is above the 50 degree mark. Temperatures below 40 Degrees delay dry time, but when the temperatures rise above the 50 degree mark the curing process begins again basically where it left off.

SB-190 is a product used to install snow guards on metal roofs without screws. The SB-190 compound is a versatile, high strength, hard setting, one-part sealant.
